Elevn is a relationship concierge that was founded to solve three problems in today’s dating and matrimony industry: (1) safety of females; (2) ratio of males to females; (3) quality of males on the app. We observed that females feel unsafe on apps due to lack of proper moderation (unverified men) and paywalls, which discourages them to join online platforms and leads to a high ratio (>5) of males to females on the app. Collectively, these factors undermine the trust and safety of dating apps, leading to poor user engagement and retention.
Elevn is different than other online dating/matrimony apps by solving three major problems:
Quality:
As part of onboarding, females invite known males to join the app (sibling, relative, friend, etc.) and periodically revalidate them every year in order for them to stay on the platform
Females are prompted to leave notes on the male’s profile, or endorse them, to guarantee a sense of mutual trust, engagement, and community
Males, without a recommendation, join a waitlist unless (1) they successfully invite and endorse other females to join the app; or (2) if we approved the male user, they pay a higher subscription fees in the latter case
Safety of Females:
Elevn partners with fully verified, background-checked spaces to incentivise safe in-person dates
Elevn has exclusive partnership with 100+ top restaurants/clubs across India, all of which are favorite spots for millennials to spend time at
Elevn’s first of a kind unique onboarding mechanism, which includes AI-based face recognition, is accompanied by machine learning (pattern recognition) to identify harassment as well as a “report” button for females to maintain safety on the platform.
Auto-renewable Subscription:
• 1 month (Rs.199) for un-invited user.
• 1 month (Rs.99) for invited user.
• Your subscription will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off.
If you purchased a subscription through a Third Party Store, such as the Apple App Store, you will need to access your account with that Third Party Store and follow instructions to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of the period you last paid for, but (i) you will not be eligible for refund, (ii) your subscription will not be renewed when that period expires and (iii) you will then no longer be able to use the Premium Services or In-App Purchases enabled by your subscription.
IF YOU PURCHASE AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AT THE END OF THE PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCEL OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
